We have an immediate career opportunity for a Quality Control Inspector at our Iowa Park, TX manufacturing facility.

Pay: $17.25 - 21.00/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the Material Review Board (MRB) areas. 
• Utilize approved testing methods and procedures to inspect impounded materials for conformance to all product specifications. 
• Provide data for dispositioning material, quality reports and corrective actions.
• Contain and control nonconforming material and escalate as necessary.
• Releases products that are fit-for-use (FFU) for the customer, and scrap products that are not.
• Maintain a “voice of the customer” mindset. 
• Follow all applicable EHS, Quality and Food Safety procedures and protocols, and report any incidents to his/her supervisor. 
• Assist in projects and tasks assigned by Manager. 

• Specialized quality training or quality certifications a plus.
• Able to work independently and stay on task.
• Must possess an aptitude for using a computer. Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of the manufacturing processes a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting information to groups of people at various levels.
• Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
